Wouldn't it be nice to do the most simple things like wash your hair or enjoy a journey without feeling dizzy or losing your balance? If you're reading this, chances are that tilting your head or getting up from a bending position results in feelings of giddiness and maybe even nausea. It makes even the most mundane tasks uncomfortable to perform, and the thought of doing anything that involves moving your head slightly more than usual is almost too much to bear. You suffer from Vertigo and you are looking for a solution.
Normally with a health problem, the solution involves going to your doctor. Unfortunately, my doctor could not provide me with any practical help, and basically indicated that I needed to accept and live with it. You may have had similar experiences with the medical profession, or tried some of the herbal remedies out there to no avail. After so many disappointments and being at the end of my tether I got FED UP. I decided to get to the bottom of my condition and find out if anyone out there knew why I was suffering and how to treat it.
I scoured the Internet looking for information on Vertigo. Guess what I found - I wasn't the only sufferer. Not by a long shot. And guess what else I found - other sufferers have had exactly the same disappointments with the medical profession, basically dismissing Vertigo has "untreatable". While I was sifting through all the tales of misery and woe, I was able to locate someone who had written a book that actually turned my Vertigo on its head.
The author, Mark Soberman, used to suffer from Vertigo. He woke up one morning with a terrible migraine, and battled for years to find a cure. He tried working with his doctors, who even arranged brain scans (which revealed "nothing wrong"). Eventually, after years of hard research, Mark began to develop his own techniques and steps which enabled him to regain control of all his Vertigo symptoms.
Incredibly, there are simple easy solutions for Vertigo! When you read this book you will see how the right combination of step-by-step techniques and little-known medications can help you eradicate those feelings of dizziness, spinning and nausea. This book teaches you how to 'read' your symptoms and then take the necessary steps to eliminate them. But don't take my word for it; you can visit the site I found below. See what you think.
There is a charge for the book, which is to be expected given the incredible depth of the research and information in there. Mark is one thorough guy! Anyway, if you are interested in this resource, I advise you to get it quickly as the author has informed me that the price will go up soon to cover increasing web/ promo costs. (By the way, you didn't hear this from me!)
My search for a solution to Vertigo has come to an end. I have to say I was thoroughly disappointed with most of what I found and I strongly advise that you check out the ebook below. Whatever you do though, I wish you a healthy year for you and yours.
All the best,
Beth McGrath.
